Will I own my own home?
Both purchase and rental options are available with covenants to ensure compliance with planning and management conditions.
Can anyone purchase a residence in Heritage Village?
Yes. Anyone can purchase a residence, however, the occupiers of the house must be aged 55 or older.
Can my family and friends come and stay with me?
Yes. Family and friends are always welcome , however, may not reside permanently, if the 55 plus age threshold is not reached.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes. Size appropriate pets are welcome at Heritage Village. Owners will need to show evidence of pet insurance and dogs must be kept on a leash whilst outside.
