KARV Developments Ltd, under the leadership of Mr. Thomas (‘Tommy’) Keane, have an excellent track record delivering large scale developments in the area, on time and to budget, notably the €80 million Killenard Hotel, Golf Club and Spa resort adjacent to the Project site. KARV will tender the Care Home build among a shortlist of companies with experience delivering care homes.

Management have been working over the past number of years with a highly experienced team to develop the architectural plans, engineering, costing and approvals for the development. Planning permission is in place and the development is fully compliant.

Construction will be on a phased basis with infrastructure and the first 17 houses already underway since June 2023.
