Building a Community, Phase by Phase

Construction is progressing in carefully planned phases to ensure quality and resident experience remain at the highest level.

  • The first residents moved into their homes in August 2025

  • There are now 47 completed homes within the village

  • Construction of the Amenity Building began in October 2025 and will complete in May 2026
